What Pluggo is

A charged powerbank, always within walking distance

We install powerbank stations in the places people already spend time: cafés, bars, restaurants, gyms, clinics, malls and campuses. They all run as one shared network, so a powerbank taken from one station can be returned to any other.

For people out in the city

No app store detour at 12% battery. Scan the code on the station, take a powerbank, and carry on. You are charged in seconds and free to leave whenever you want.

For venues

A station is a reason to stay one more round. It takes a 40 × 40 cm footprint and one power socket, and we handle installation, servicing and support.

For brands

Every station carries a screen. Together they form a digital out-of-home network that reaches people at the counter, at the table and in the queue.

Power in your pocket. Charge up, hang out, stay charged. Take one, drop it anywhere.

How renting works

Four steps, about twenty seconds

Renting is designed for someone who is already in the middle of something else: a meeting, a night out, a queue at the pharmacy.

About the Pluggo app
  1. Find a station

Look for the lime cabinet at the counter, or open the map in the app to see which nearby venues have powerbanks available right now.

  2. Scan to unlock

Scan the code on the station. A powerbank releases from its slot with a cable already attached. USB‑C, Lightning and micro‑USB are all built in.

  3. Charge while you move

Keep the powerbank for as long as you need it. Time and cost stay visible while the rental is running, so nothing is a surprise.

  4. Drop it at any station

Push it into a free slot at any Pluggo station in the network. The rental ends the moment the slot locks and the receipt lands in your history.

The station

Small enough for a counter, built for a busy one

Stations are mains-powered and connected over the mobile network, so they report availability, battery health and faults back to us without touching the venue's wifi. Our team restocks and services them on a regular route.

Every powerbank is tested before it goes back into circulation, and any unit that falls below its health threshold is pulled from the network.

For venues

Two ways to put a station on your counter

Pick the arrangement that suits the room. Both include installation, servicing, replacement units and support from our team in Lebanon.

Read the venue details

Earn mode

We supply and own the station at no cost to the venue. The screen carries advertising from the Pluggo network, and the venue takes a share of the ad revenue it generates.

  • No upfront cost
  • Revenue share on screen ads
  • We service and restock

Own mode

The venue buys the station outright and keeps the screen for itself: your menu, your events, your promotions, with no third-party advertising on it.

  • One-time purchase
  • Screen stays yours
  • Same network, same support

The screen network

Advertising where people are standing still

Pluggo stations sit at the point of a short, predictable pause: ordering, paying, waiting for a table. We sell that attention as a digital out-of-home network, with every venue classified by type, audience and the rules that apply to it.

Campaigns are planned against venue categories rather than individual addresses, and every creative passes a brand-safety and local compliance review before it goes live.

Advertise with Pluggo

Venue-level targeting

Buy by venue type (nightlife, dining, fitness, retail, healthcare) using a standard out-of-home taxonomy rather than ad-hoc labels.

Reviewed creative

Every campaign is classified and checked against brand-safety rules and Lebanese advertising restrictions before it reaches a screen.

Measured delivery

Reporting covers plays, station uptime and venue mix, so a campaign can be judged on what actually ran.

One network, one buy

A single booking reaches every station across the venues in your plan, with no negotiating venue by venue.

The Pluggo app

The map, the rental and the receipt

You can rent straight from the station without an account. The app is for everything around that: finding stations before you need one, watching a rental run, and keeping your history in one place.

The iOS and Android apps are in development. Renting works today at every installed station.

Nearby stations

A live map of partner venues with how many powerbanks and free slots each one has.

Scan to unlock

Open the scanner, point it at the station, and a powerbank releases.

Rental in progress

Elapsed time and running cost while the powerbank is with you, and a reminder before the daily cap.

History and receipts

Every rental, where it started and ended, and what it cost.

Where we are

Building the network venue by venue

A powerbank network is only useful when returning one is as easy as taking one. That is why we build out one district at a time instead of scattering stations across the country.

  1. Beirut first

Stations concentrated in the districts with the highest footfall, so any powerbank can be returned within a short walk of where it was taken.

  2. Keserwan and Mount Lebanon next

Extending north through Zouk Mosbeh, Jounieh and the coastal towns that draw weekend crowds out of the city.

  3. Then the rest of the country

Regional hubs and the venue groups that operate in more than one city, added as density in each area makes returns reliable.

Questions

The things people ask first

If yours is not here, write to us and a person will answer.

Rentals are charged by the hour with a daily cap, so a long day never runs away with you. The current rate is shown on the station screen and confirmed before the powerbank is released.

No. Any free slot at any Pluggo station ends the rental. That is the whole point of running the stations as one network.

Each powerbank has USB‑C, Lightning and micro‑USB cables attached, which covers current iPhones and Android phones as well as older handsets. There is nothing to plug in or carry.

Check the map for the next station nearby, or contact support and we will end the rental for you. You are not charged for time spent looking for a free slot once you have told us.

A visible spot of roughly 40 × 40 cm and one power socket. No wifi, no staff training, no stock to manage. We install the station and service it on our own route.

Pluggo is operated by PLUGGO S.A.R.L., registered in Lebanon. You can find our company details and how to reach us on the about page.
